Does PrivateVPN Have Croatian Servers?

Unfortunately, both of the OpenVPN protocols had quite significant speed drops.
L2TP’s drop was smaller, but I don’t recommend it for private browsing and torrenting, as it isn’t as secure as OpenVPN. Either of the OpenVPN protocols will ensure your security when checking your Zagrebačka banka balance or streaming CMC channel.
In addition, I used PrivateVPN to torrent “Popeye the Sailor Meets Sindbad the Sailor” in 1080p resolution. The file of 268 MB was downloaded in 8 minutes, with an average speed of 0.6 Mb/s.
You can therefore torrent using PrivateVPN’s Croatian server without Hrvatski Telekom or other Croatian ISPs throttling your bandwidth!
