vpnAlert.com is thrilled to announce our acquisition of the security blog, WebtoolsandTips.com (Webtools & Tips)!
What Is Webtools & Tips?
As a security blog focused on securing your online experience and privatizing your data, Webtools & Tips offers valuable insight on anything to do with online security tools and tips.
This includes everything from in-depth discussions on backdoors, adware, and other online threats, to internet security tips, the best antivirus programs, and security tool reviews.
What Does vpnAlert’s Acquisition of Webtools & Tips Mean?
By combining our expertise at vpnAlert with the writers of Webtools & Tips, we’ll continue unearthing essential information related to the online security and privacy of our readers.
This includes (but isn’t limited to) cybersecurity tools, reviews, tips, and other important information that will help make your online experience safe and enjoyable.
Chief Editor of vpnAlert, Bram, had this to say about the acquisition: “The merge is promising – it allows both of our teams to expand our knowledge and, by extension, our information bank of valuable content for our readers. We’re excited to test the waters and grow as a team that’s passionate about online security!”
Why Webtools & Tips?
vpnAlert’s co-founder, Kevin, has followed the Webtools & Tips blog since its inception in 2007. Some of the information Kevin digested over the years helped inspire him to launch vpnAlert.
Today, vpnAlert has developed and grown its own database of useful content.
So, when Kevin saw the Webtools & Tips website was taken down, he reached out to the founder to inquire about merging our expertise and growing as one solidified unit.
What Comes Next?
The next step for vpnAlert and Webtools & Tips is to continue our work in the cybersecurity industry by providing security tips, tools, and reviews for our readers under the vpnAlert brand. Everything will continue as usual – except that our expertise has expanded and our team has grown!
