ExpressVPN is the best VPN for Mobile Legends to avoid server overcrowding, beat slow gaming speeds, and connect to preferred servers.
Plus, thanks to fast obfuscation on all servers, you can unblock Mobile Legends: Bang Bang without the game servers detecting your VPN traffic.
NordVPN and Surfshark also come close, offering top-of-the-line encryption to unblock the game from thousands of servers globally.
In the rest of this guide, I’ll discuss how I tested and chose these VPNs and what makes them ideal for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
So, let’s get to it.
Top 3 VPNs for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
NordVPN’s 5400+ servers in 60 countries mean you don’t have to worry about server overcrowding when playing Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. You also get the proprietary NordLynx for faster gaming speeds on top of the best security.
Beat slow gameplay on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang with ExpressVPN’s ultra-fast 3000+ servers in 94 countries. Also, avoid VPN detection and account bans with ExpressVPN’s obfuscation on all servers using any protocol.
Enjoy Mobile Legends: Bang Bang on unlimited devices using one Surfshark subscription with access to 3200+ fast servers in 65+ countries. Likewise, you get shared static IPs to consistently play like you’re in the same location.
As the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang user base grows, so does server overcrowding, making the game almost unplayable. Likewise, you might need to play with other Mobile Legends gamers in other regions for a new challenge.
Thus, I chose VPNs that connect you to preferred server locations while bypassing the speed issues. In fact, the least fast server from these VPNs is rated at 1Gbps, so you get fast speed even if your ISP is throttling your bandwidth.
On top of that, some Mobile Legends gamers fall victim to DDoS attacks, so I chose VPNs with DDoS protection to prevent such attacks when you’re playing.
If you’re in a hurry to choose the best VPN for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang gaming, check the heading below for a quick overview of what makes all these VPNs the best choice.
Ready to Challenge Mobile Legends Players in Another Server Region? My Top VPNs Can Help!
Start challenging players in other regions when you’ve conquered your part of the world with my top VPNs.
- ExpressVPN – Offers the fastest speeds across all its 3000+ servers to give you an advantage over other slow players. You also get obfuscation on all servers, so Mobile Legends doesn’t detect your VPN traffic and block it.
- NordVPN – Features a NordLynx protocol across its 5400+ servers in 60 countries, giving you ultra-fast gaming speeds and improved protection against DDoS attacks.
- Surfshark – Provides free static IPs that allow you to play Mobile Legends: Bang Bang from the same IP address, so you don’t set off any server hopping alerts. Still, you get 3200+ servers in 95 countries, all protected against DDoS attacks.
- PureVPN – Enjoy quantum-resistant servers in some of the fastest server locations to unblock MLBB servers, play faster, and stay secured on the internet. You can choose from a global network of 6500+ servers in 78+ countries.
- Private Internet Access – Play Mobile Legends: Bang Bang from ultra-fast 20Gbps servers in 84 countries. Also, challenge players in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Americas with robust DDoS protection.
While these VPNs are fast enough, some are faster than others.
Likewise, each brings valuable extras for Mobile Legends gaming, such as dedicated IPs.
So, I recommend reading through my comparisons and mini-reviews below to see how these VPNs fare against one another for a thrilling Mobile Legends experience.
Reviews and Comparison of My Top 5 VPNs for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
I arrived at the top 5 VPNs after testing 20+ VPN providers.
While these come out on top, they also do some things better than one another.
Thus, I’ll compare and review each VPN to give you a better insight into what you’re getting.
ExpressVPN – Fastest and Most Secure VPN for Mobile Legends
ExpressVPN offers lightning-fast speeds across all its 3000+ servers in 94 countries which is essential for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang.
I tested ExpressVPN against other VPNs on this list, and it consistently got better ping and latency.
On top of that, ExpressVPN has a reputation for unblocking content and didn’t disappoint here.
Before connecting to the VPN server, I only got Mobile Legend locations in Africa and neighboring countries.
I chose a USA server location and was instantly allowed to select other South and North American flags to fight for.
Fortunately, ExpressVPN includes all its server locations on the mobile app, so you can unblock Mobile Legends: Bang Bang from:
- Asia pacific
- Americas
- Europe
- Middle East
- Africa
Thankfully, you don’t need to have all the countries to choose a specific flag. Once you select a region, Mobile Legends gives you access to all the flags in that area to choose and fight for.
Still, ExpressVPN’s tally of 94 countries is the second-best on this list since Surfshark offers 95.
Plus, ExpressVPN’s easy-to-navigate mobile app includes major protocols like IKEv2 (great for mobile) and the lightning-fast Lightway.
I recommend leaving the settings on Automatic.
However, the best part is that you get obfuscation on all ExpressVPN servers and protocols. In other words, your internet traffic appears as regular traffic (rather than VPN-cloaked traffic) to Mobile Legend servers.
Thus, you bypass detection and don’t risk account bans for server hopping.
Interestingly, ExpressVPN remained the fastest VPN with this automatic obfuscation enabled.
On top of that, ExpressVPN’s servers are engineered against DDoS attacks. Since connecting to a server assigns you another IP address, other gamers cannot find your actual IP.
If they try to attack the VPN-assigned IP, they’ll have ExpressVPN’s robust security systems to contend with.
Thus, it’s not surprising why ExpressVPN is a choice VPN service to play other mobile and PC games like
Also, you get a kill switch to protect your IP/DNS details from other players and Mobile Legends.
Dubbed Network Lock, this kill switch stops your mobile device from transmitting data to the Mobile Legends servers once the VPN connection drops. This means the brief period for reconnecting doesn’t reveal your actual IP and DNS details.
Otherwise, other users can use these leaked details to deanonymize you.
It could also cause Mobile Legends to ban you for server hopping.
However, I couldn’t find the Network Lock/kill switch on iOS.
When I checked with ExpressVPN, it explained that the feature is built-in with the iOS app and automatically enabled whenever you connect to a remote server.
Finally, ExpressVPN doesn’t joke with your internet data, employing industry-standard AES 256-bit encryption on all its tunnels.
Even if you’re playing Mobile Legends on a school or work network, the network admin won’t see what you’re doing on the internet.
Given all these premium security and speed features, it’s no surprise that ExpressVPN is somewhat expensive.
Luckily, you can grab these ExpressVPN discounts to save on your purchase.
Pros
- 3000+ servers in 94 countries
- DDoS protection on all servers
- Obfuscation on all servers to bypass ML’s VPN detection
- Kill switch to prevent IP/DNS leaks
- Military-grade AES 256-bit encryption
Cons
- Relatively expensive VPN service
NordVPN – Access 5400+ Servers for Mobile Legends
NordVPN might not have the country reach of ExpressVPN, but it offers more servers with a count of 5400+ across 60 countries.
That way, even if everyone is playing Mobile Legends with the VPN, there’s a low chance of overcrowding.
NordVPN might also not be as fast as ExpressVPN, but it’s so close that you won’t notice the connection speed differences.
Likewise, I found that the best mobile protocol to play Mobile Legends over NordVPN is the in-house NordLynx. That makes sense since it was built as a faster and more secure WireGuard alternative.
In fact, NordVPN has also established itself as a choice VPN provider for high-intensity games like
However, NordVPN doesn’t offer obfuscation by default as ExpressVPN does. In fact, I don’t recommend connecting to its obfuscated servers for Mobile Legends gameplay since they considerably reduce your connection speeds.
Still, you get DDoS protection across all NordVPN servers as part of your package. Thus, you can play Mobile Legends for as long as possible without getting denied access at crucial points of your progress.
However, you’ll have to shell out extra bucks if you want a dedicated IP to play Mobile Legends like you’re in one physical location at all times.
Moving on, NordVPN impresses with a kill switch on the Android mobile app. Like ExpressVPN, it also bundles the kill switch with the iOS app code. It automatically enables it whenever you connect to any server.
Likewise, NordVPN employs the AES 256-bit data encryption on all servers. So, rest assured your network admins and ISPs aren’t seeing whatever you’re doing on the internet.
This makes more sense for gamers who want to sneak in Mobile Legend gameplay at work or school and are worried about the IT guys finding out.
Luckily, NordVPN brings all its supported protocols to the mobile app, unlike ExpressVPN, which leaves some out. In fact, you get IKEv2 on mobile, which you don’t have on the Windows PC app.
However, I don’t see this as a big deal since ExpressVPN only chose to retain the best protocols for mobile connections on its mobile apps.
Still, I recommend leaving the protocol selection at Use Recommended and letting NordVPN do the work for you.
Perhaps one of the most significant differences between ExpressVPN and NordVPN is the pricing sheet. That makes a value argument for NordVPN.
Still, you can save more with these NordVPN discounts and start playing Mobile Legends from your preferred servers.
Pros
- 5400+ servers in 60 countries
- NordLynx protocol for faster gaming and security
- Mobile kill switches (bundled with iOS)
- Affordable VPN with great value
- DDoS protection on all servers
Cons
- Dedicated IPs are a paid add-on
- Doesn’t offer fast obfuscation like ExpressVPN
Surfshark – Unblock ML Servers on Unlimited Devices
Surfshark’s unique selling point is that you get to unblock Mobile Legends from unlimited devices under one subscription.
This is ideal for a large guild of gamers who want to keep their costs down while getting faster gameplay and more server locations.
But does Surfshark compromise elsewhere to make this happen? Let’s find out.
For starters, you get 3200+ servers in 95 countries to unblock ML servers. This slightly beats the server and country count on ExpressVPN and the country tally for NordVPN.
I’m also impressed that Surfshark optimizes its servers for at least 1Gbps speeds. The fastest servers were even upgraded to support as much as 10Gbps speeds. So, even if multiple users are on the same server, there won’t be a severe speed drop.
Still, that’s less than the 20Gbps promise on PureVPN’s servers, which would be nice to have here, too.
You can also bypass ISP throttling and get better Mobile Legends gameplay speed with Surfshark. But it’s nowhere as fast as ExpressVPN and NordVPN on most days.
A big plus for Surfshark is its shared static IPs, a free alternative to dedicated IPs. These static IPs are available in several locations, so you can unblock Mobile Legends and play like you’re always from one area.
That beats server hopping, which assigns you different IP addresses and might make the ML servers suspect you’re using a VPN.
In fact, Surfshark is the only provider on this list to make this feature available for free.
Likewise, it’s the only provider that allows you to connect to unlimited devices without bandwidth throttling, driving up its value.
You also get premium DDoS protection on all servers, a mobile kill switch on the Android/iOS device app, and multiple protocols to get the best speed/security balance on Mobile Legends.
Unlike NordVPN and ExpressVPN, Surfshark didn’t build an in-house protocol. So, I suggest you connect to WireGuard or leave the protocol selection automatic.
Whatever you do, though, don’t choose the OpenVPN protocols when playing Mobile Legends, as they’re used for obfuscation and will drop your internet connection speeds.
For all that it offers, you’ll think Surfshark is one of the pricier VPN providers. Luckily, it’s not.
Despite the affordability, save more with Surfshark discount deals.
Pros
- 3200+ servers in 65+ countries
- Static IPs to prevent server hopping
- Servers optimized for up to 10Gbps speed
- Unlimited simultaneous connections
- DDoS protection on every server
Cons
- Not as fast as NordVPN or ExpressVPN
PureVPN – Quantum-Resistant Servers to Unblock Mobile Legends
PureVPN is another high-speed VPN provider with low ping and latency. In fact, you can see the ping values of all remote servers before connecting. So, you can pick the one with the lowest ping for your Mobile Legends gaming.
However, this feature isn’t on the mobile app, which is where we need it for Mobile Legends gaming. But it’ll come in handy when playing Mobile Legends via Bluestacks (or other preferred emulators) for PC.
Likewise, you get 6500+ servers in 78+ countries to play Mobile Legends from. That’s more servers than every other provider on this list manages, so you know where to go for the most VPN servers.
Still, remember that connecting to a region gives you access to other flags in that region, so server count alone shouldn’t be your criteria.
Fortunately, PureVPN offers the same AES 256-bit encryption on all servers. I checked the mobile app, and you’ve got the WireGuard protocol on iOS and Android. So, that’s the best internet speed and security for playing MLBB with little to no lags.
However, my major gripe with PureVPN is that it offers DDoS protection as a paid add-on.
I contacted its customer support to know whether there’s still some form of DDoS protection on its servers without paying for this add-on.
They reiterated the same thing, telling me their servers are encrypted, but I’ll need to pay to get this protection when gaming.
Fortunately, you get a kill switch on your mobile apps so that your IP/DNS/WebRTC data never leaks to ML’s servers or other players.
That should help protect against DDoS attacks since your IP won’t be visible to anyone looking to DDoS you.
Also, PureVPN maintains some quantum-resistant servers, which it claims are engineered against hacks from next-generation quantum computers. These servers can also be used for obfuscation, and it’s impressive that they remain fast.
However, you don’t get the quantum resistance on every server yet.
Like the other VPNs, you don’t get the toggle-able iOS kill switch.
Instead, it’s bundled into the app. Whenever you connect to any server under any protocol, the iOS kill switch is activated.
On top of that, you can change your Mobile Legend servers on up to ten simultaneous devices under one PureVPN subscription, driving its value up.
Surprisingly, you can get an even better value with PureVPN discounts.
Pros
- 6500+ servers in 78+ countries
- Fast servers with displayed ping values on PC
- AES 256-bit military-grade encryption
- Quantum-resistant servers for obfuscation and security.
Cons
- DDoS protection is a paid add-on
Private Internet Access – Mobile Friendly, Secure VPN for Mobile Legends
Before Private Internet Access (PIA) took down its server count, it had one of the largest server libraries of any VPN provider.
Now, the VPN service is migrating its servers and doesn’t have a total count yet, but it’s present in 84 countries. So, you’re never lacking a region to unblock ML servers from.
I also like how you see the ping values of all servers from the mobile app. Thus, you can choose and connect to the server with the least ping for faster gameplay.
On top of that, PIA maintains that these servers are optimized for up to 10Gbps ultra-fast speeds. While ExpressVPN and Surfshark still edge it out in most locations, PIA makes good on this promise with impressive speeds.
In fact, you can get better speeds over a PIA server than without a VPN. After all, you’ll have now bypassed congested server networks and defeated ISP throttling.
I checked, and PIA has DDoS attack protection as part of your package. Whenever any player tries to DDoS you when playing Mobile Legends, PIA will stand in the gap and defend you with their next-generation server encryption technology.
Speaking of encryption, PIA doesn’t disappoint with AES 256-bit protection. Whether playing Mobile Legends on a private or public Wi-Fi network, your internet data is personal and invisible to anyone else.
On top of that is the PIA kill switch.
Like Surfshark, PIA also provides a toggle-able kill switch in the iOS app.
I recommend you always leave it on when gaming, so Mobile Legends never finds out you switched IP addresses if the VPN connection drops.
Also, you’re protected against hackers and malicious gamers constantly monitoring your IP address. Otherwise, they’ll see if the connection drops without the kill switch being active.
Finally, you’ll be pleased with the addition of WireGuard’s protocol to the easily navigable mobile app. Like the other VPNs, you also get the mobile-friendly IKEv2 protocol for faster speeds.
But, you should know that this protocol can sometimes be unstable and doesn’t work with all networks. This is where I’ll have preferred an automatic protocol selection from PIA, but it’s missing in the iOS app.
Still, you can use all the exciting gaming features on PIA for Mobile Legends across ten devices. That brings down the price per user/unit on an affordable VPN.
On top of that, you can grab these PIA discounts to save more on your purchase.
Pros
- Extensive server library in 84 countries
- VPN kill switch settings for iOS
- DDoS protection on all servers
- Optimized for up to 10Gbps speeds
- Works on 10 devices simultaneously
Cons
- No mention of specific server count
- No in-house protocols for faster speed and security
What to Consider in the Best VPNs for Mobile Legends?
Earlier, I mentioned going through 20+ VPN providers before choosing these five as the recommended Mobile Legend VPNs. That’s because not all VPNs are optimized to give you a great gaming experience with Mobile Legends.
So, I’ll discuss the criteria for choosing the best VPNs for Mobile Legends below. Or, you can skip the stress and choose any of my top 5 VPNs to start.
Speed
Layering your internet connection over a VPN will impact your connection speeds. However, you can get around this by choosing VPNs optimized for speed so that the connection drop is negligible.
You should also choose a VPN with fast servers in your preferred Mobile Legend locations. Otherwise, you might not escape slow speeds from server overcrowding.
ExpressVPN is the most impressive of my recommended VPNs, with low ping and latency, so you rarely see any server lag when playing Mobile Legends.
NordVPN and PureVPN are also plenty fast, so you can choose any of these if ISP throttling or other speed issues are frustrating your gameplay.
Encryption
Ensure your choice VPNs offer 256-bit military-grade encryption, at least.
Likewise, this strong encryption should be on all servers and under all protocols.
That way, your internet data is tunneled via secure packets, making it impossible for anyone to see what you’re doing online.
You’ll appreciate this encryption more when playing Mobile Legends over school or work Wi-Fi networks. Without robust encryption, your network admin can identify your device and see that you’re gaming online.
Fortunately, all of my recommended VPNs come with this level of encryption.
Security
Many players complained of unusually high pings when in some Ranked matches. Sometimes, this affects single players, but it can also wipe out an entire team and stop them from reconnecting to the game.
This usually points to a DDoS attack from a cheating player who’d instead get a cheap win than play against you. Thus, you need a VPN with DDoS protection enabled on all servers to beat such attacks.
Likewise, a kill switch is handy to protect your anonymity from other gamers and the Mobile Legends platform.
Thus, neither Mobile Legends nor other players see your actual IP address (even if briefly), which could get you an account ban (with ML) or open you up to hacks (such as doxing, DDoS, etc.) from other players.
Server Locations
I discovered that connecting to one server location within a region allows you to choose flags from different areas.
For example, connecting to the USA grants you access to Canada, Jamaica, Colombia, Panama, and more.
Still, nothing beats the personalized experience of playing under the specific region server, so you have access to more local teams and perks.
Thus, get a VPN with
- A lot of supported countries (server countries)
- Choice of supported cities within countries (server locations)
- A lot of servers
The higher the country count, the higher your chances of finding a specific country to play from, no matter how relatively unpopular. Servers in multiple cities inside a country allow you to choose the fastest or nearest server (for the lowest ping) if you’re in that country.
Likewise, you need a lot of servers overall so that your internet speeds aren’t impacted by server overcrowding from other users on the same server.
In fact, you can get a Dedicated IP address to play ML from any location globally. However, this grants you just one IP address in one country, and you can’t use it for another country when you’re ready for a new Mobile Legends challenge.
Mobile App Support
Your preferred VPN provider must have robust mobile app support.
This means
- Having an easy-to-use mobile app on android and iOS devices.
- Offering an equal level of protection on mobile VPN connections.
- Shipping the mobile app with extra security features such as the kill switch.
- Offering multiple protocols on the mobile app.
That’s not an exhaustive list, but it shows what to look for first.
Otherwise, you might be stuck with a VPN that doesn’t help avoid server lags or play Mobile Legends from your preferred locations.
Or, maybe it allows those things, but it’s too technical to use.
In fact, I put a lot of weight on this criterion when reviewing my top VPNs for Mobile Legends. So, you get a stellar user experience and easily navigable interfaces with ExpressVPN, Surfshark, NordVPN, PureVPN, and PIA.
What’s the Best Free VPN App for Mobile Legends?
There is no best free VPN for Mobile Legends. Free VPN services don’t encrypt your internet traffic enough to bypass Mobile Legends server detection, which can earn you an account ban.
Likewise, free VPN providers are not optimized for speed, so you get higher pings, latency, and lower speed than when disconnected from them.
Thus, you should consider an affordable premium VPN service like Surfshark, which allows unlimited device connections to securely play Mobile Legends on any server.
How to Setup a VPN for Mobile Legends?
Here’s how to change ML servers, avoid gaming lags, and protect against DDoS attacks when playing Mobile Legends
- Get a mobile-friendly VPN. I recommend ExpressVPN for Mobile Legends.
- Download the VPN app from your Google Play Store/iOS App Store.
- Log in with your credentials.
- Go to Options > Settings > VPN Protocol. Choose Lightway (UDP).
- Return to the app homepage and tap the three dots icon near the selected location.
- Search for a preferred location and tap it.
- You’re now automatically connected to that server location.
- Open Mobile Legends app and set it up for the new location.
How to Change Your Server Region on Mobile Legends?
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang connects every gamer’s account to a server location. Thus, I recommended setting up your account for the first time to reflect your preferred server location, which you’ll get from the VPN.
For existing Mobile Legends gamers, you must clear your in-app settings before connecting to another server.
In short, here are the steps to change your server region on Mobile Legends if you already had an account
- Enter the game settings.
- Erase your account data and settings.
- Close the Mobile Legends app.
- Launch your VPN and connect to your preferred server location. Follow the guide above to do that.
- Open the Mobile Legends game again. You should be automatically suggested to the region on your VPN now.
- Create a new account associated with the new server.
- Start enjoying the game from the new server location.
You can still change Mobile Legends servers without erasing your data if you have another mobile device to create a new ML account. Since you can use one VPN subscription on multiple devices, you don’t incur additional costs and can still battle it out in different game regions.
How to Avoid Account Bans When Using VPN With Mobile Legends?
Montoon, Mobile Legends’ developers, try to maintain a level playing field for everyone. Thus, they’ll ban your account if they think you’re trying to game the system with a VPN.
This doesn’t mean they block VPN traffic but irregular behavior patterns from your VPN use.
Here’s how to make sure that never happens
- Choose a reliable VPN: A poor VPN doesn’t encrypt your traffic or offer you a reliable kill switch. So, your gaming traffic constantly switches between your actual IP address and the poor VPN’s proxy address, making it look like you’re trying to game the system. When in doubt, choose ExpressVPN.
- Don’t change servers too often: I recommend connecting to the same city or state server location in a select country whenever you’re playing. For example, the US has multiple server locations across different states. Choose a preferred state (or one closest to you), a city in the state, and always use that server.
- Activate the VPN kill switch: Everyone hates to be disconnected from Mobile Legends, especially when playing a Ranked game. Still, it’s better not to leak your IP/DNS details to Mobile Legends during this disconnection, so you should activate the kill switch. Otherwise, Montoon thinks you’re server-hopping and may block your account.
- Don’t exploit the game: This guide has been about faster gaming times, less ping, and connecting to preferred Mobile Legends servers. If you try to exploit the game or other players with your VPN, you have an account ban coming.
- Create new accounts per server: Never use one account on multiple servers. Create a new account to link with that new server whenever you want to play under a new flag in another location.
Will a VPN Cause Lags on Mobile Legends?
Playing Mobile Legends over a VPN will cause an internet connection drop.
However, this connection drop is negligible when you use speed-optimized VPNs with ultra-fast servers like ExpressVPN and NordVPN.
In fact, you can get better speeds when you’re connected to a VPN server location than without a VPN since you’ll now be playing from an uncongested server location.
What to Do When Your VPN Isn’t Working With Mobile Legends? (Troubleshooting)
It’s possible that your VPN might not unblock the suitable Mobile Legends regions, get you faster speed, or prevent DDoS attacks from reaching you.
No matter how your VPN doesn’t work with Mobile Legends, follow the troubleshooting guide below (in no particular order):
- Choose a reliable VPN. Choosing a trustworthy VPN is always the first step. Otherwise, nothing you try will work. I use ExpressVPN for Mobile Legends without issues if you’re hard-pressed for a choice.
- Change your server location. You might be on a blacklisted server, or maybe it’s currently overcrowded. Fortunately, the VPNs I recommended have multiple servers in choice locations.
- Choose another protocol. The wrong protocol will frustrate your Mobile Legends gameplay rather than improve it. Always set it to Automatic or choose WireGuard/NordLynx/Lightway, depending on your VPN provider.
- Confirm the kill switch. Most iOS VPNs have the kill switch configured into the system, so you can only toggle it on Android devices. If you have the kill switch settings, confirm it’s active before playing Mobile Legends again.
- Update your VPN app. Your VPN app may contain bugs preventing it from working right. Check if there’s an update, and install it to fix the issue.
- Check your internet connection. Sometimes, your internet connection is at fault. In that case, and if the VPN kill switch is active, you might not be able to access the internet. Test your internet connection and fix any issues it presents.
- Contact customer support. If all else fails, contact your VPN’s customer support with the problem. Fortunately, all of my recommended VPNs don’t require you to log in, and they respond within seconds to a few minutes.
Frequently Asked Questions
How Can I Play Mobile Legends in Another Country Without Lag?
Connect to a server located in the preferred country with an ultra-fast VPN like ExpressVPN to play Mobile Legends without lag. Suppose the select country has multiple servers and cities. In that case, you can let ExpressVPN automatically choose the best and fastest server in the region without testing the ping values and speed yourself.
Likewise, make sure you choose fast VPN protocols (such as WireGuard, NordLynx for NordVPN, or Lightway for ExpressVPN) for a lesser speed drop and little to no lags.
Can You Get Banned for Using a VPN in Mobile Legends?
You can only get banned for using a VPN with Mobile Legends when you exploit others with the VPN, hop servers, or connect to a server location different from your in-game server.
Thus, always maintain fair gameplay when using a VPN and stick to one server in the same region as your Mobile Legends account. Likewise, you can choose a VPN like ExpressVPN, which offers obfuscation on all servers, so Montoon never detects your VPN traffic.
Can I Change Servers in Mobile Legends?
You can change servers in Mobile Legends to take advantage of faster gameplay speeds, get newer challenges, and increase your chances of ranking faster. However, you’ll have to create a new account to tie with the new server location and choose a reliable VPN service to help with the server change.

Go Bang Bang, Only Faster!
When you connect to any of these recommended VPNs for Mobile Legends, you enjoy faster gameplay with new peers in other regions. You can even layer your connection over a VPN to beat local overcrowding and protect yourself against DDoS attacks.
For these, ExpressVPN is my top pick for its in-built DDoS protection and obfuscation on all servers, so Montoon never blocks you.
